Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Customers will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipping confirmation email once the order has been dispatched.

2. Pre-Orders

Products offered as pre-orders are shipped according to the estimated shipping date displayed on the product page.

Estimated shipping dates are provided for informational purposes only and may change due to manufacturing, certification, logistics, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers may cancel a pre-order and receive a full refund at any time before shipment.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to countries where the sale of the product is permitted under applicable regulations.

Shipping availability may vary depending on local regulatory requirements, carrier availability, and import restrictions.

COOLMEN is currently available in selected countries. Due to medical device regulations and import requirements, availability may vary by region. We are continuously expanding the list of supported destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact our support team.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

• Poland: 1–5 business days
• European Union: 3–10 business days
• Other international destinations: 5–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Any available free shipping promotions will be displayed on the website.

6. Tracking Information

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a tracking number by email whenever tracking is available for the selected shipping method.

7. Customs, Duties and Taxes

For deliveries within the European Union, no customs duties apply.

For shipments outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by local authorities.

Customers are also responsible for ensuring that the product may legally be imported into their country.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.

We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
