RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear statement (e.g. by email) before the 14-day period expires.
2. Important Notice — Medical Devices
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which have been opened after delivery and which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days.
3. Return Process
- Contact us before sending the product back
- Return the product in its original, undamaged packaging
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal statement or the returned goods (whichever is later), using the same payment method as the original transaction.
5. Warranty & Complaints
All products are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty under EU law. If you receive a defective product, please contact us — we will respond to your complaint within 14 days.
